From Estate Gates to Display Cases.
Estate Security Services began protecting ultra-high-net-worth families and their properties throughout Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Malibu, and Newport Beach — quietly, discreetly, and across generations of clients.
The same families trusted us with what they wore to dinner — and with the jewelers, designers, and boutiques they bought it from. As our work in the jewelry world grew — store protection, sales-floor coverage, and armed jewelry escorts — we launched a dedicated luxury retail division under the marketing name LuxuryCops.com, a URL we've used for years to reach jewelers, designers, and luxury retailers who specifically want sworn and former law enforcement standing between their merchandise and a problem.
From there we expanded again — into entertainment and event security: premieres, brand activations, fashion shows, galas, and the talent who attends them.

Michael's career in California law enforcement spans the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, where he served as an investigative assistant, followed by sworn service with the City of Santa Barbara and the City of Monrovia — bracketed on both sides by years of private security work across multiple specialties.
Estate Security Services was founded in 2003. Michael worked alongside the firm for years before assuming 100% ownership at the start of 2025, bringing a refreshed style, an even more dedicated client response, and growth that has quadrupled revenue while strengthening the team behind every detail.
